The 2018 Annual Meeting of Mobile Power Station Technical Professional Committee of China Electrical Technology Society was held smoothly

From November 15 to 16, 2018, the National Mobile Power Station Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Bidding Committee") organized the annual meeting of 2018 in Beijing. The meeting was attended by 40 members of the Bidding Committee and industry-related personnel. Director Xu Yuanfeng and Deputy Director Zhang Liang of Standardization and Technology Evaluation Center of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association attended the meeting and made speeches.

On November 16, the Bidding Committee will hold its 2018 meeting as scheduled. Zhang Hongzhong, Chairman of the Bidding Committee, delivered a speech. Subsequently, Zhang Liang, executive vice director of Standardization and Technology Evaluation Center of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association, made a speech.

Director Zhang Liang stressed that the China Electrical Appliance Industry Association attaches great importance to the standardization work of mobile power plant industry, and that we should make positive efforts to play a strong supporting role in the high-quality development of the economy and society; actively implement the reform of standardization work, promote the implementation of the new standardization law, and improve the relevant standardization system. We should speed up the formation of a high-quality development standard system, tamp the bottom line of quality and safety standards, optimize the supply structure of standards, meet the requirements of the new economic development for standards, and establish a standard system compatible with international standards in accordance with the "four most stringent" requirements.

Director Xu Yuanfeng pointed out that in the face of new situations and tasks, new measures should be taken to achieve new breakthroughs. We should promote the formulation and implementation of standardization strategy and provide strong support for scientific decision-making of standardization. In particular, it is pointed out that international exchanges and cooperation on standardization should be strengthened, efforts should be made to coordinate standards with foreign affairs, trade, science and technology, and efforts should be made to formulate and transform international standards so as to promote a new level of internationalization of standards in China.

Subsequently, Ren Xiaojun, Secretary-General of the Bidding Committee, made an annual report on the work of the Bidding Committee. He believed that the Bidding Committee had made some achievements in 2018, which could not be separated from the correct leadership of the superior units and the strong support of members. In 2019, the Bidding Committee will do the following five tasks: First, we should do a good job in the new standardization law and the Bidding Committee. The implementation of management regulations; second, we should improve the standard system scientifically and organize the establishment of standards; third, we should increase the revision of standards; fourth, we should vigorously develop the formulation of group standards; fifth, we should actively participate in the activities of the standard departments at the higher levels.

Meeting on "GB/T 2820.1 Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Driven AC Generator Unit Part 1 Use, Quota and Performance", "GB/T 2820.5 Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Driven AC Generator Unit Part 5 Generator Unit", "GB/T 2820.8 Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Driven AC Generator Unit Part 8: For Small Power Generator Unit Requirements and Tests, Part 13 Safety of AC Generator Units Driven by Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines GB/T 2820.13 and other four standards were revised by on-site electronic voting; the establishment of one standard, such as "Ground Electric Power Supply for Electrochemical Energy Storage Aircraft" was discussed; the standard system and group standard of the Bid Committee were discussed. The system construction was discussed.
